Language development and milestones for the first three years of life are found below
First Year
From uncontrolled crying to the first word, infants go through milestones for the first year. Although they may not be able to speak, they understand a lot about language. Don’t underestimate their ability to learn language. Researchers even say that language learning starts before birth. There are plenty of things you can do to help develop their language skills before they start saying a word.
